We are looking for a Sales Assistant in our Richmond office to provide support to our sales teams to ensure the successful completion of sales deals. This is an on-site position based in our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales leads
- Gather technical and commercial information from vendors or sales staff
- Create and maintain templates of sales document
- Prepare deal sheets
- Organize and maintain supplier’s files
- Provide regular sales reports
- Assist the sales managers
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Administrative role
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong Math skills, organizational skills and computer skills
- Proficient in Excel in creating and managing spreadsheets
- Some Accounting background is an asset
