We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused Crew Members to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by preparing fresh juices and beverages, operating point-of-sale systems, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and providing friendly, efficient service.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing product recommendations when appropriate
- Prepare freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process cash, debit, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including food preparation areas, counters, equipment, and customer seating areas
- Restock ingredients, cups, lids, straws, and other supplies throughout shifts
- Follow food handling, food safety, and sanitation procedures in accordance with company policies and health regulations
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including equipment setup, cleaning, and cash reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies require replenishment
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain efficient operations during busy periods
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
- Support promotional activities and seasonal product launches as required
Requirements
- Previous customer service, food service, retail, or hospitality experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with customers
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
- Dependable, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfortable preparing food and beverages while adhering to quality and safety standards
- Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist coworkers when needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting, stocking, and cleaning duties
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
