Mountain Paint Whistler is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our fast-paced team.
This is a hands-on role that goes far beyond traditional retail. You'll spend much of your time behind the scenes learning the art and science of paint tinting, colour matching, inventory management, and warehouse operations, while also helping customers find the right products and solutions when needed. No previous paint experience is required — we'll teach you everything you need to know.
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, takes pride in precision, and loves solving problems. Colour matching is a skill that takes time to develop, and you'll work alongside an experienced team that is excited to share their knowledge and help you build confidence every step of the way.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, quick on their feet, and has a positive attitude. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both homeowners and professional contractors.
This role includes regular lifting (up to approximately 60 lbs), working in a busy warehouse environment, and learning a wide range of technical skills. If you're someone who enjoys staying active, takes satisfaction in getting the details right, and is looking for a position where you can continue learning and growing, we'd love to hear from you.
