Job Description
- Preparation of daily breads and desserts for retail sale
- Preparation of bread and desserts for catering orders
- Participation of kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Recipe development
Requirements
- 3 years or more experience producing breads by hand
- 3 years or more experience in a professional bakery environment
- Capable of working independently
Pay & Incentives
- 40 hours per week, day shifts, minimal weekends
- $20 hourly wage
- Tip out on catering orders
- Daily staff meal
