Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales professional to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience in high-end and retail sales environments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, manage sales pipelines, and contribute to the growth of our dealership through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele. The position involves both inbound and outbound sales activities, including B2B interactions and upselling premium vehicles.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including community events and networking opportunities
- Manage and develop a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly targets
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, providing detailed vehicle information and financing options
- Negotiate deals effectively to maximize customer satisfaction while achieving dealership goals
- Support the sales process with marketing initiatives and follow-up communications
- Upsell additional products or services such as extended warranties or accessories to enhance customer value
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure smooth transaction processes and documentation accuracy
- Assist in developing strategies for B2B sales opportunities and expanding dealership reach within the community
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership environment preferred but not required
- Strong background in outside sales, retail sales, or B2B sales is advantageous
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Experience with sales management or maintaining a sales pipeline is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, are a significant plus for serving diverse customers
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and organizational skills, are essential
- Familiarity with marketing strategies related to automotive retail is beneficial
- Prior experience supporting high-end or luxury vehicle sales will be considered an asset
- Candidates should possess strong math skills for financing calculations and deal structuring

Pay: $60,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
