Breakfast Bar Attendant Position – Part Time
We are looking for someone to join our Breakfast Bar team. This position requires early mornings and just the right person to give 100% Hamptonality to our guests!
Below are the day to day duties:
· Provide superior guest service to all hotel patrons
· Serve guests in a cheerful, friendly and professional manner
· Address patrons concerns in a positive and helpful manner and takes prompt, corrective action where necessary
· Work closely with the front desk to ensure guest satisfaction, and consistency in guest service
· Execute on all areas of breakfast bar operations
· Order Breakfast bar supplies to maintain a well stocked, clean breakfast bar for hotel guests
· Perform daily set-up and tear down of the breakfast bar in accordance to hotel standards
· Transport food from preparation area to the breakfast bar for timely set-up
· Prepare and serve all food products as needed insuring proper plate presentation
· Ensure that all eating and serving areas are maintained to hotel standards and guidelines
· Provide expertise on menu items to patrons to assist them in their choices
· Monitor all tables to ensure the patrons are satisfied with their meal
· Clear tables promptly of dirty dishes, replenishes supplies as needed
· Check all coolers and storage areas for cleanliness, quantity, and quality of food products; requisitions food with necessary approvals
· Stock all dishware, silverware, cups, condiments, and other items as needed
· Ensure the proper storage, handling and controls of food products
· Exhibit proper handling of all equipment and utensils; notifies supervisor of any difficulties or need for repairs
· Understand and follow Hampton’s “The Perfect Breakfast Program”
· Complete the Safe Food Handling Course
