Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining residential and/or commercial properties by performing routine lawn care services. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities• Apply fertilizers, weed control, and other lawn treatments safely and effectively
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as blowers
- Monitor lawn health and identify issues such as pests, disease, or irrigation problems
- Follow scheduled routes and complete jobs efficiently and on time
- Communicate professionally with clients when on-site
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications• Previous experience in lawn care or a related field is an asset
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license (preferred or required depending on role)
- Knowledge of turf management
- Pesticide Application Certificate essential
