Bright Path Youth Services Inc. is a residential care provider supporting children and youth ages 6–17. We are currently hiring Child & Youth Workers to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide supervision in a residential group home
- Support evening and morning routines
- Implement individualized care and behaviour support plans
- Use trauma-informed and strength-based approaches
- Respond to crisis situations using approved de-escalation strategies
- Complete daily documentation and incident reports
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and the care team
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Child & Youth Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with children or youth in residential or community settings preferred
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
- Ability to work overnight / weekends, and holidays
- Valid First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear Broad Record Police Check
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Training & Support
- In-house UMAB (Understanding & Managing Aggressive Behaviour) training provided
- Paid onboarding and orientation
- Ongoing supervision and support

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
