Position Overview:
Reporting to the marketing manager as a Visual Media Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing creative and original content across a variety of platforms, including, but not limited to, social media, print materials, and video channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring fresh ideas and engage our prospects, customers and community with consistent and captivating content.
Video Production (From Start to Finish)
- Uses strong editorial judgment and multimedia production skills to create high-quality, engaging content across formats—including written stories, audio, video, and photography—for use across a broad range of platforms to support the company’s goal.
- Independently identify, plan and execute video shoots.
- Coordinate with internal teams and visit job sites to film project videos, testimonial videos, product videos, showroom videos, trade show videos, staff content.
- Edit video content for web, social, short form social (cutting, audio, color, basic motion graphics).
- Deliver final assets in platform-ready formats.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
Graphic Design & Brand Enhancement
- Demonstrates strong graphic design skills with a high level of efficiency, creativity and attention to visual detail.
- Create visually appealing graphics for direct mail flyers, brochures, catalogs, billboards, signs and other marketing materials that align with brand direction, guidelines and campaign goals.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years graphic design and video production, editing experience (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or other industry-standard software). Or proven experience in the content creation field.
- Strong writing, video editing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with best practices on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience using AI Video Generation.
- Ability to generate creative ideas and execute them effectively.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technology.
- A keen interest in marketing and a willingness to dive into various tasks.
- Eager to learn, grow, and stay updated on design trends and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
