Haulland Trucking Inc. is seeking a full time driver.
We specialize in supplying the landscaping, excavating, as well as the Pool industry with various building materials, such as aggregates, sands, topsoil, triple mixes, etc. Delivering & Picking up directly to and from job sites, as well as yard inventory management which can also include refuse bin emptying.
Whether the customer is on site or not, our professional operators are more than capable of operating most all types of equipment in order to "self load" in a professional, efficient and safe fashion. Allowing our customers to focus on their client's jobs, as well as, allowing our customers the added benefit of saving on costly lost man hours to facilitate the removal of clean fill.

- Wage $26.00 - $32.00 / Hr. based on skills and experience.

- Full Time Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe Operation: Drive and operate DZ roll-off trucks (automatic transmissions) in compliance with all MTO/DOT and safety regulations.
- Hook-Lift Operation: Safely operate in-cab hydraulic hook-lift controls to efficiently align, hook, lift, and lock roll-off containers and flatbeds onto the truck chassis.
- Bin Maneuvering: Load, unload, and secure roll-off containers, dumpsters, and flatbeds using hydraulic hoist/cable or hook-lift systems at various customer locations.
- Precision Placement: Maneuver and drop bins in tight spaces or challenging job sites according to customer requests without damaging property.
- Inspections: Complete mandatory daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (CVOR/logbooks) and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Customer Service: Coordinate with dispatchers via mobile apps/two-way radios and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients on-site.
- Tarping & Securing: Ensure all bins are legally and securely tarped before transport to prevent debris leakage on public roadways.
- Disposal Hauling: Transport collected waste or construction materials safely to designated transfer stations, recycling centers, or landfills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Licensing: Valid DZ, AZ, driver's license (Required).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year minimum of verifiable commercial roll-off bin driving experience (Preferred).
- Driving Record: Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR three-year search history with no major infractions.
- Physical Capability: Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, getting in and out of the truck cab frequently, and handling heavy tarps.
Standard Requirements to Apply
- Valid Ontario Class DZ commercial driver's license.
- Completely clean driver’s abstract and CVOR record.
- Up to 2 years of prior heavy commercial driving experience
