We are looking for a reliable worker to join our team at Solventum in Morden, Manitoba. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in production environment, be able to work quickly and accurately, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for following instructions , ensuring quality control standards are met, and keeping the assembly line running smoothly.
This job requires the ability to work a rotation of 1 week of Day shifts, 1 week of Evening shifts, and 1 week of Night shifts.
A Grade 12 Diploma/ GED and a clean criminal record check is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Able to work with hands in standing and seated positions. Regular bending and lifting up to 25 pounds is also required.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform quality control checks and inspections on assembled parts and products.
- Identify defective parts and products.
- Maintain records of production output.
- Able to communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.22 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
