Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent service and ensuring food safety standards. The Kitchen Team Member will play a vital role in meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and cooking to ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene standards according to health regulations
- Support the team in meal assembly, plating, and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety protocols and procedures during food handling and preparation
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous
- Familiarity with the food industry and meal preparation processes is beneficial
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude are essential for success in this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
