We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Manager to lead our business operations and drive data-driven decision-making. Duties
- Analyze and provide advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment
- Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
- Propose improvements to methods, systems and procedures
- Plan the re-organization of operations
- Supervise staff
- Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing analytics solutions that enhance organizational performance.
- Monitor industry trends related to data analysis, business intelligence, and project management to recommend innovative approaches.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and database design.
- Strong proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL (including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle), VBA, Bash (Unix shell), Visio, and SDLC methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets using analytics tools such as Data Analysis Skills, Analysis Skills, and SQL expertise.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project execution.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting insights through dashboards and reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant educational background in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
