Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel and representation in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and related issues. This role requires a strong understanding of family law statutes and excellent client communication skills to guide clients through complex legal processes with professionalism and compassion.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, visitation, and adoption proceedings.
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions with precision and clarity.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process.
- Prepare cases for trial by gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and developing case strategies.
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes in family law legislation and best practices through ongoing research and professional development.

Pay: $100,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
