Plumber

We are currently seeking to hire a Plumber to maintain our residential rental properties in the Fredericton area. This full-time position will complete service and maintenance work, as well as work on new construction, when required. Location/s:
Our head office is located at 25 Waggoners Lane, Fredericton, New Brunswick. Our properties are in the downtown, uptown and Northside of Fredericton.
Job Duties Include:
- Read and understand blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing fixtures and systems.
- Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
- Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
- Install and thread pipe.
- Caulk fixtures.
- Perform all aspects of residential plumbing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems, including checking for leaks, repairing damaged pipes, and replacing old fixtures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, installation techniques and hot water boiling heating systems.

Necessary Requirements for the Position:
- Back flow testing license (preferred)
- Clean criminal record
- Clean driving record
- Must have your own hand tools

Pay: $63,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
