Job Description
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Masonry Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate has some construction experience, is eager to learn, and enjoys working outdoors in a physically demanding environment. Experience with masonry is an asset but not required—we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Assist masons with brick, block, and stone installation.
- Mix mortar and prepare construction materials.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Set up and clean work sites.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
- Follow directions from supervisors and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform other general laborer duties as required.
Qualifications
- Some previous construction experience is required.
- Masonry experience is considered an asset.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to safety.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered an asset.
