Super 8 by Wyndham Kelowna is currently accepting applications for a Breakfast Attendant to join our team.
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and organized individual who has a high school diploma and previous hotel or hospitality experience. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service while ensuring our complimentary breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for our guests.
Work Schedule:
- Part-time
- 7:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and replenish food and beverages in an organized and appealing manner while following food safety and quality standards.
- Welcome guests and respond to their questions or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve minor guest issues and report any complaints or concerns to management.
- Keep the breakfast area, including tables, countertops, and floors, clean and well-maintained throughout breakfast service.
- Announce the breakfast closing time before removing food items.
- Clear, clean, and sanitize the breakfast area after service.
- Wash and sanitize all breakfast containers, dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean and maintain the breakfast kitchen, including sinks, counters, appliances, and floors.
- Organize and properly store food and supplies after breakfast.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
