Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and dependable Exterior Carpenter to join our growing construction team. This role is best suited for a senior-level carpenter who can work independently, take ownership of projects, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

Duties
- Complete exterior carpentry work on new home construction projects
- Perform roofing and siding repairs, as well as full siding installations
- Handle occasional flat roofing projects
- Carry out general carpentry tasks including cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Read and interpret basic plans and layouts as required
- Work independently to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Ensure all work meets quality expectations and company standards
Requirements
- Strong background in exterior carpentry (siding, roofing, framing, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, professional, and consistent
- Physically capable of handling demanding job site conditions
- Own truck and tools preferred
