Transbest Global Logistic Inc. is a logistics and freight forwarding company under B&J Global Inc., providing international freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions to business clients.
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Freight Forwarding Coordinator to join our logistics team. This position is responsible for coordinating import and export shipments, communicating with clients, carriers, overseas agents, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
The ideal candidate should have experience or knowledge in freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations, and must be able to communicate professionally in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily freight forwarding operations, including import and export shipments
- Communicate with clients, carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, customs brokers, and overseas agents
- Follow up on shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
- Prepare and review shipping documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, arrival notices, and other related documents
- Assist with booking, scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery arrangements
- Coordinate with warehouse and trucking teams for pickup, delivery, receiving, and cargo release
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in resolving shipment-related issues
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and files
- Support the team with quotations, shipment reports, and operational follow-ups
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with company procedures and customer requirements
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, import/export, shipping, warehousing, or supply chain is preferred
- Familiarity with ocean freight, air freight, trucking, customs clearance, or warehousing operations is an asset
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Able to work under pressure and follow up on urgent matters efficiently
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email communication
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
- Legal authorization to work in Canada is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, customs brokers, or trucking companies
- Knowledge of import/export documents and freight forwarding procedures
- Experience in a 3PL, freight forwarding, warehouse, or transportation company
- Cantonese or other language skills are an asset

- Full-time position
- Regular working hours may be discussed during the interview
