Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Lot Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and organization of the dealership lot, assisting customers, and supporting daily operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the automotive industry while providing exceptional guest services.
Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including parking and moving vehicles as needed
- Ensure vehicles are properly displayed and accessible for customers and staff
- Assist with guest services by providing information and directions around the lot
- Perform routine inspections of vehicles for damage or cleanliness before display or delivery
- Support team members with additional tasks related to vehicle preparation and lot maintenance
Skills
- Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse customer base
- Experience in hospitality or guest services is beneficial for providing excellent customer interactions
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads as needed

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
