Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and high-energy Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue by engaging with customers, maintaining superior store standards, and serving as a brand ambassador for Calgary. This role requires a professional demeanor, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relations: Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every visitor.
- Sales Execution: Meet sales objectives by assisting customers with product selection, explaining features, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all merchandise and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the sales floor remains organized, clean, and visually appealing according to company standards.
- Operational Excellence: Manage multi-tasking demands efficiently, including inventory replenishment and transaction processing.
- Collaboration: Work cohesively with the management team and colleagues to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.
