Job Overview
We are seeking multiple dedicated and patient Tutors to assist students in achieving their academic goals. Experienced tutors or current college students are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate will have strong background in subjects such as Math, Physics, Science, English. This role involves providing personalized tutoring sessions to help students improve their understanding and performance in various subjects, fostering a positive learning environment. The Tutor will play a vital role in supporting students’ educational development through engaging instruction and tailored support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions focused on subjects such as Math and Physics/Science.
- Develop customized lesson plans that meet individual student needs and learning styles.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Use effective teaching methods to motivate and encourage students, especially those with learning difficulties.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes confidence and engagement.
- Collaborate with parents to support student success.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Math, Science, or related subjects is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively using various instructional techniques.
