PartSource Supply Chain Analyst will be primary accountable for working closely with PartSource, Supply Chain, Transportation and Distribution Centre teams to ensure inventory gets delivered to the right place at the right time and drive continuous improvements in the product flow process.
Partner with internal teams to lead building new processes required to sustain and measure inventory flow to PartSource stores, leveraging project and change management methodologies
Lead cross functional workgroups including Transportation, EAP/ DC Support, and PartSource teams to deliver high quality inventory process flow that optimizes performance, cost, sustainability, and reliability for the network
Identify and action opportunities to drive down costs and improve service by applying continuous improvement methodologies to Transportation and related processes.
Reduce late/lost inbound shipments using continues improvement and LEAN methodologies
Measure the success of the inbound flow efficiency and report progress to Senior Leaders.
Support PartSource Inventory team where required
What you bring
University degree, college diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong knowledge and experience working with auto parts, automotive systems and components.
Thorough understanding of the principles of Canadian Tire Logistics, Distribution and Transportation with a minimum 5 years in a Logistics or Supply Chain related capacity
Experience with AI, data reporting, visualization & automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Macro, Python etc.) a strong asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint), KNIME, SQL
Project coordination and timeline management skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to influence the decisions and opinions of others without direct authority
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to use a systematic and logical approach to problem solving
Ability to prioritize action plans in a time sensitive, complex work environment

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000 CAD
Our typical hiring range is between $65,000 and $67,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
