AZ Manual Driver (Walking Floor Trailer)
Location: East Gwillimbury
Hourly Rate: $30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)
start time between 4-5am (12-hour average day)
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate AZ Tractor Trailer & walking floor trailers efficiently and safely.
- Transport wood chips to various locations as directed.
- Ensure all loads are secured and transported according to regulations.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle logs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Handle and manage manual transmission trucks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of manual transmission experience.
- Valid AZ driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle long shifts with physical endurance.
Important Note – Please Read Before Applying
This position requires drivers to manually pull and secure roll-out tarps on top of walking floor trailers. Applicants must be physically capable of safely climbing onto equipment and handling tarping systems in various weather conditions.

Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
