We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Brazilian-inspired sports bar and social club—a place where the games are exciting, the atmosphere is electric, the food is unforgettable, and nobody wakes up wondering what happened the night before.
We're proving that you don't need alcohol to have an amazing time. Just great people, incredible hospitality, world-class mocktails, passionate sports fans, and maybe a little Brazilian flair.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation like it's the final match of the season.
- Building, coaching, and motivating an all-star team.
- Creating guest experiences so memorable people keep coming back—even though they remember everything.
- Managing schedules, inventory, costs, and performance metrics.
- Bringing energy to game days, watch parties, community events, and special promotions.
- Solving problems with confidence, creativity, and preferably before the whistle blows.
- Helping grow a brand that's changing the way people socialize.
What We're Looking For
- Hospitality management experience (sports bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills and a genuine love for people.
- Ability to stay cool under pressure, even when three TVs lose signal during overtime.
- Experience managing budgets, labour, and operations.
- A positive attitude and a sense of humour.
- Brazilian culture knowledge is a bonus. Brazilian dance skills are also a bonus, but thankfully not a requirement.
Compensation
- Salary: $50,000 per year + performance bonus
- Performance-based bonus opportunities.
