- Scheduling and prioritizing projects
- Project management – Defining project goals, defining scope of work, creating timelines for projects and meeting deadlines
- Monitoring project progress and relaying updates to managers and customers. Preparing progress reports
- Attention to detail to verify scope of work is completed correctly to the requirements and delivered on time.
- Estimating
- Review and implement changes to production drawings.
- Sales management
- Administrative tasks including managing invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports including documents related to project administration
- Communicating technical and project information to customers and relaying information back to project team members
- Attend customer meetings to address concerns and formulate resolutions efficiently and effectively
- Oversee procurement for projects
- Facilitate Lead facility meetings
- Ability to communicate in both oral and written form
- Assume a wide variety of roles to coordinate job tasks with employees and contractors
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma – Degree or Diploma in relevant field an asset
- Minimum five years of tank experience
- Strong technical abilities
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong leadership skills to direct and support team members
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Project Management certifications considered an asset
- Able to read production drawings
- Ability to use basic computer applications and software
- Understanding of welding practice

Pay: $24.00-$42.00 per hour
