We’re looking for a content creation and marketing pro (perfectly bilingual) who will help bring the brand to life in both French and English.

Grow the Charlojeu brand across English Canada
Bring our universe, content, and marketing strategy to life in order to connect with English-speaking Canadian families — while preserving the warm, creative, and family-oriented DNA that has made Charlojeu successful in Quebec.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Marketing
- Create engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Design newsletters, downloadable freebies, and blog/web content
- Participate in marketing launches for our new games
- Adapt and translate our communications from French to English
- Bring our already well-established marketing strategy to life
- Help manage the Shopify website
- Participate in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaign management
Community Management & Collaborations
- Interact with our community on social media in both French and English
- Develop and manage ambassador, product tester family, and influencer campaigns
- Help maintain a warm, human, and engaging brand presence
Visual Content Creation
- Create visuals aligned with the Charlojeu universe
- Participate in photo and video content creation
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Suite

Who We’re Looking For
You might be the right fit if:
- You are perfectly fluent in both French and English (we are looking for someone truly bilingual)
- You understand English-speaking Canadian culture well
- You are creative, autonomous, and resourceful
- You have a strong aesthetic sense and excellent writing skills
- You are organized and capable of managing multiple projects
- You enjoy creating content and helping a brand grow
- You appreciate family-oriented, human, and creative environments
- You are comfortable working in French daily with a Quebec-based team
Big Assets
- Experience in content creation
- Experience in digital marketing
- Graphic design skills
- Shopify knowledge
- Experience with Meta or TikTok advertising
