Position Summary
Alpha College is looking for a motivated Admissions & Marketing Coordinator to support student inquiries, admissions follow-ups, and online marketing activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with students, creating simple marketing content, and supporting enrollment growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to student inquiries (phone, email, online) in a timely manner
- Guide applicants through the admissions process and provide accurate information
- Support marketing and lead generation activities to help improve lead quality and enrollment conversion
- Conduct consistent follow-ups to support student decision-making
- Build rapport and understand student needs to recommend suitable programs
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries and applications
- Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and placement requirements
- Support info sessions and outreach activities
- Contribute to enrollment outcomes through effective communication
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred; new graduates are welcome
- 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, education, or client support
- Interest or experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation
- Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with prospective students
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, or email marketing is an asset
Compensation
Base salary of $40,000 - $48,000 per year
Performance-based commission based on overall performance
