This is a part-time position that will be reporting directly to the Plant Manager of Sani Gear Inc.
Sani Gear Inc. is a private company that works directly with Fire Departments, ensuring the safety of firefighters’ gear. Our company performs cleaning, repairing, inspection and testing of bunker gears, working with departments from coast to coast. This is a unique business which is expanding, and we are looking for a Part-Time Decontamination Member.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Soak, Scrub, and Wash contaminated bunker gear and equipment using specialized chemicals and extractors.
- Meeting shipping deadlines to satisfying delivery requirements.
- Load and operate commercial extractors.
- Inspect bunker gear for type of contamination and use appropriate cleaning solutions and decontamination methods.
- Record decontamination type and size in our internal system.
We are looking for:
- Ability to do manual work such as scrubbing, scraping, and loading/unloading extractors.
- Provide Police background check from Police station
- Attention to details / dependable
- Great communications and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs and able to work physically for 8 hours per day

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
