About DATS
DATS is a privately owned B2B SaaS company that helps organizations manage important operational processes under one hood, including Health & Safety, Quality, Environment, Learning, HR, and Operations.
We have been building DATS for nearly 20 years. Our customers rely on us to organize complex processes, connect people and information, improve compliance, support supervisors, reduce risk, close the loop, and keep their teams moving in the right direction.
We are a growing company with ambitious goals, a strong reputation for customer support, and a practical belief that great software should be backed by great people.
Position Overview
This role builds influence.
DATS has grown for years through referrals, reputation, strong customer relationships, and a product that delivers real value. That has served us well.
Now we want to be more intentional about how we communicate our value, strengthen our market position, generate qualified opportunities, and help the right companies discover, understand, and trust DATS.
This is a senior B2B SaaS marketing role for someone who can turn customer insight, product depth, market positioning, campaigns, proof, and performance data into a practical growth engine.
Our buyers are not impulse buyers. They are leaders, administrators, safety professionals, operations teams, HR teams, and executives who need to understand trust, fit, implementation, support, and long-term value before they move forward.
Great marketing at DATS is not about noise. It is about clarity, credibility, education, differentiation, and helping the right companies take the next step when there is a genuine fit.
The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership, sales, coaches, customer success, product teams, Ballistic Arts, and other contributors to help DATS build awareness, strengthen trust, generate qualified leads, improve sales support, and create a repeatable marketing system that supports long-term growth.
This is not a coordinator role. It is not a social media posting role. It is not an agency traffic role.
It is a senior growth role.
The Problem You Are Solving
DATS has a strong product, loyal customers, and many untold stories. But as we grow, the invisible work around marketing grows too.
We need to become better at:
- Building awareness in the right markets
- Generating qualified opportunities consistently
- Turning customer success into proof points, reviews, testimonials, and case studies
- Improving our website, SEO, paid search, LinkedIn presence, email nurture, and conversion paths
- Developing industry pages, product pages, comparison pages, educational content, and sales enablement material
- Creating consistency across messaging, campaigns, content, and channels
- Coordinating internal contributors and external partners
- Making marketing decisions based on evidence rather than assumptions
- Building systems that scale instead of relying on one-off efforts
Right now, marketing initiatives happen. We want a marketing system. Not more activity. A system.
One that helps more of the right companies discover DATS, understand what makes us different, trust us sooner, and ultimately become customers.

You are here to help DATS build awareness, strengthen trust, generate qualified opportunities, and create a marketing engine that gets better every year.
