A well-maintained, low-rise residential apartment building in Port Perry, Ontario is seeking a reliable Live-In Building Superintendent for a stable, long-term position.
The role covers general building maintenance and minor repairs, tenant relations, rent collection and administration, emergency on-call availability, and seasonal duties including snow removal (such as shoveling walkways) and grounds care. The Superintendent is the primary on-site contact for all residents and is expected to take full ownership of the building’s day-to-day operation.

Superior follow-through and the ability to maintain genuinely positive, patient relationships with residents are equally important.
