Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our construction team. This role involves assisting with various concrete-related tasks, supporting the successful completion of construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete forming, pouring, and finishing to ensure smooth and durable surfaces
- Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to project specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Support carpentry tasks such as framing and form building for concrete structures
- Handle heavy lifting safely to move materials and equipment around the job site
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices
- Operating earth moving equipment
- Drivers license
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to construction tools and equipment
- Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and schematics for precise work execution
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship

Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
