Overview
We are seeking a dedicated F&I Specialist to join our dealership. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on Finance & Insurance processes while also supporting vehicle sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to guide customers confidently through financing options, and fluency in both English and French.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage customer financing and payment plans for vehicle purchases (excluding insurance sales)
- Work with financial institutions to secure loans and financing approvals
- Explain financing options, terms, and contracts clearly to customers
- Support vehicle sales by providing product knowledge and assisting customers during the buying process
- Advertise vehicles on social media and online platforms to generate leads
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and prepare vehicles for sale
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall customer experience and dealership efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in car sales and finance-related roles
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English and French
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of vehicles, pricing, and the used car market
- Proven ability to close sales and guide customers through financing options
- Valid Canadian driver’s license

- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Competitive salary + commission

Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
