Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their inquiries.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of technology products.
- Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising and inventory management.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while meeting sales targets.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy retail hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store presentation.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
