Position Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced Glazier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install glass, mirrors, storefront systems, shower enclosures, and other glazing products
- Measure, cut, fit, and secure glass using appropriate tools and techniques
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute project requirements
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and finishing of installed glass
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Manage time effectively to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a glazier (residential and/or commercial)
- Strong knowledge of glazing techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
