Are you a driven automotive leader with a passion for sales, customer experience, and team development? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help lead a high-performing dealership environment focused on results, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly targets

Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and daily activity

Support the customer buying experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery

Work closely with the Financial Services team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

Train, and mentor sales staff

Ensure dealership processes and manufacturer standards are followed

Assist with inventory management, pricing strategies, and merchandising

Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively

Foster a positive, team-oriented culture within the dealership
What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive sales leadership experience

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Proven ability to drive sales performance and develop teams

Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
-
Experience with CRM systems and dealership software is considered an asset

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
