We are seeking a Manager, Clinic Operations, HR & Accreditation to join our leadership team.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, this leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 960 Lawrence Avenue clinic while leading Human Resources, Accreditation, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of our 960 Lawrence clinic
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Support managers with employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Manage Human Resources administration using ADP Workforce Now
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and employee records
- Lead ICHSC accreditation activities and licensing requirements
- Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance and assessment readiness
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate mandatory staff training and compliance records
- Participate in leadership meetings and organizational projects
- Foster a positive workplace culture while supporting an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
- Human Resources experience is required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration is preferred
- Experience with accreditation, quality improvement, or regulatory compliance is an asset
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required

Pay: $48,250.50-$50,000.00 per year
