We serve clients who expect a high-touch, personalized experience — from first consultation to final fitting. We're growing, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
The Opportunity
This is not a typical retail job. You'll be the face of the brand — building relationships, guiding clients through one of the most important purchases of their lives, and helping drive the business forward. Compensation: Competitive hourly base rate + commission on sales The more you sell and the better you serve, the more you earn. Commission here is a genuine income opportunity — not an afterthought.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming clients and delivering a premium, personalized consultation experience
- Taking measurements and guiding clients through suit selections, fabrics, and customization options
- Managing appointments and maintaining an organized client schedule
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business
- Supporting the shop's social media presence (content, engagement, behind-the-scenes)
- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and bring in new clientele
- Representing the House of Suits brand with professionalism and pride at all times

- Driven and self-motivated. You don't need to be told twice. You see what needs to be done and you do it.
- Reliable and accountable. You show up on time, keep your commitments, and follow through.
- Sales-minded. You understand that great service and great sales go hand in hand.
- Detail-oriented. Measurements matter. Client preferences matter. You take notes and you remember.
- Bonus: Experience in menswear, tailoring, fashion retail, or luxury/bespoke sales is a plus — but if you have the right attitude and the right energy, we'll teach you the rest.
What This Role Is NOT
We'll be straightforward: we're looking for someone who is here to build something, not just collect a paycheque. If you're the type to cancel on clients, coast through the day, or treat this like a placeholder job — this isn't the right fit. We want someone hungry, professional, and genuinely excited about menswear and client relationships.
