Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using targeted lists and marketing campaigns to generate new business opportunities
- Engage in warm calling and B2B sales conversations to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer interactions, and manage sales pipelines efficiently
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that maximize lead conversion
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions to foster trust and credibility
Experience
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or inside sales roles, preferably within technology or business services sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing B2B sales deals
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Experience in technical sales or business development is highly desirable
- Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently, including cold calling and warm calling techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining motivation and productivity
