We’re looking for a Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable new or pre-owned vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, options, and financing details clearly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to deliver a smooth buying experience.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Driven, organized, and customer-focused.
- Ability to build rapport and earn customer trust.
- Willingness to learn about Ford products and systems.
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset (automotive experience preferred but not required).
