About the Position
We are a growing company looking for a motivated Helper/Junior Window Installer to join our team. Previous experience in window installation, construction, or related trades is considered an asset. We will provide training for the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial windows and related products
- Safely use hand tools and power tools
- Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and work environment
- Lift and move heavy materials on a regular basis
- Assist senior installers with daily tasks and project completion
- Follow company safety procedures and installation standards
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- Experience in window installation, construction, or a related field is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Honest, professional, and respectful
- Capable of lifting 75+ pound materials safely
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions while also working independently when required
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe workplace
