The ideal candidate is an experienced Journeyperson Millwright who is currently employed full-time and is looking to supplement their income with additional weekend or weekday shifts, including day, afternoon, or graveyard shifts. You bring strong customer service skills with a consistent focus on quality and safety. You are committed to meeting customer needs, resilient in the face of challenges, and understand the importance of teamwork when representing a skilled trades organization. You demonstrate sound judgment and creative problem-solving, and are eager to contribute within a dynamic team environment while building strong, trusted relationships across the business.
Our Must Haves

Red Seal Millwright certification;

Owns personal hand tools and approved footwear;

Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and has reliable transportation;

Experience working in commercial and/or industrial environments;

Able to commit to a consistent casual or part-time schedule.
