Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in clients' homes. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management, and strong communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction. The Residential Cleaner will contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients by providing reliable and professional cleaning services.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning using appropriate supplies and equipment
- Laundry services such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Organize clutter and ensure all areas are tidy and presentable
- Prepare homes for special occasions or regular maintenance visits
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes
- Maintain supplies inventory and notify management when replenishments are needed
- Uphold safety standards and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting professionally with clients
- Ability to handle laundry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly and respectful attitude
- Reliable transportation is a MUST for timely arrival at client locations
- Cell phone with data is a MUST
- Weekend work and short notice will be required

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
