We are looking for a full-time Customer Account Specialist to join our growing team.
As a Customer Account Specialist, you'll help process sales, coordinate service changes, and ensure customers receive solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities of the Customer Account Specialist:
- Review customer accounts and current services to identify opportunities for upgrades, service improvements, or package adjustments
- Build personalized service packages based on each customer's needs and preferences
- Process sales, service enrollments, upgrades, and account changes accurately and efficiently
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requests, account updates, and service activations are completed smoothly
- Maintain organized account records and complete required documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Answer customer questions, provide account support, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up to date on products, promotions, pricing, and service updates to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Continue developing your knowledge of account management, business operations, and customer service through ongoing training and mentorship
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Previous experience in business administration, customer service, sales, client services, or account management is considered an asset, but not required
