This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities during non-operational hours. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and facilities maintenance, with a focus on commercial cleaning environments. This position offers an opportunity to work overnight shifts, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.Duties<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including floors, restrooms, offices, and common areas</li><li>Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained according to company standards</li><li>Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, checking for repairs, and reporting issues</li><li>Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners safely and effectively</li><li>Restock supplies like paper towels, soap, and other consumables as needed</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals</li><li>Maintain detailed records of completed tasks and any maintenance needs</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance preferred</li><li>Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures</li><li>Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools efficiently</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision</li><li>Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods</li><li>Reliable transportation is preferred for shift accessibility</li><li>Prior experience in maintenance or general facilities upkeep is a plus</li></ul>Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
