CARPENTER- FRAMING & FINISHING

| Key Responsibilities |
FRAMING SPECIFIC
- Wood Framing: Foundations, decks, walls, roof system, windows.
- Other duties as required
FINISHING SPECIFIC
- Perform finish and trim carpentry work according to plans and specifications
- Measure, cut, and install millwork for interior doors, windows, casings, baseboards, etc.
- Install interior doors, door hardware, fixture.
- Other duties as required
| Applicant Requirements |
- Ability to operate various power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols
- Capable of performing heavy lifting tasks safely.
- Blueprint reading and understanding of technical drawings
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety regulations and company policies
- A valid Drivers License with reliable transportation to & from work
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area while minimizing waste.
| Compensation & Benefits |
- Monday–Friday, 8–12 hour days
- Based in Winnipeg, with projects across Southern Manitoba and Ontario
- Salary: Dependent on level of experience & education. Bi-weekly pay frequency. Overtime eligible
