Next Brick is a growing precast concrete manufacturer seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team as Machine Operators.
This role is hands-on and involves operating equipment used in the production of concrete pavers and masonry products.
Responsibilities
- Operate interlocking paver production machinery
- Monitor production quality and output consistency
- Assist with mold changes and machine setup
- Perform basic troubleshooting during production
- Maintain smooth and continuous production flow
- Work with team members to meet daily production targets
Requirements
- Experience in concrete, block, or paver manufacturing preferred
- Experience operating industrial or production machinery
- Mechanically inclined and hands-on mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Previous factory or manufacturing experience required
Compensation
- Base wage: $25 – $35/hour (based on experience)
- Production bonus based on output and efficiency
- Overtime available
- Full-time stable position
- Opportunity to grow into lead operator role
