Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Operations Runner to support our maintenance and guest services teams. You’ll be responsible for handling key exterior tasks at properties—ideal for someone who loves being outdoors and thrives on independence.
Key Responsibilitiess
- Tidy up outdoor areas (driveways, patios, walkways, etc.)
- Collect garbage & recycling from bins at checkouts
- Assist with light property repairs and exterior detailing (e.g. sweeping, hosing decks, checking outdoor furniture)
- Deliver supplies and essentials to properties as needed
- Conduct brief post-checkout visual inspections of exterior areas
- Report any issues or damages through our internal system
- Occasionally assist with light interior support (e.g. dropping linens, restocking basics)
What We’re Looking For
- Valid G2/G driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation (vehicle provided for work-related travel)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with good communication skills
- Dependable and self-motivated—able to work independently
- Available to work weekends and flexible hours
- Friendly and respectful with a can-do attitude
- Basic handyman skills are a plus!
