Moto is poised for ongoing growth and seeks an outgoing Sales Representative to join our team!
THE OPPORTUNITY - WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
As a company representative, you'll be responsible for growing and maintaining your respective territory through your ability to maintain and grow your book of business, along with the day-to-day management of prospecting future accounts. You'll be offering shipping services to small, medium, and large-sized commercial businesses. While this position includes servicing existing clientele, your primary focus will be to generate new business while developing a territory that you will ultimately manage and maintain.
THE CANDIDATE - WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, well groomed and personable person with a strong customer satisfaction focus. Someone who is willing to successfully develop, work hard to develop, maintain and manage a sales territory. These individuals will be confident in their ability to communicate with a target market of commercial businesses. The successful candidates will have a clean professional appearance that is complemented by a confident and positive attitude.
THE ROUTINE - WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Building relationships with our customers in the Los Angeles area so they think of Moto when shipping to or from Canada.
- Calling current and prospective customers for their available orders.
- Maintaining customer and prospect records for accuracy in customer relationship software (CRM).
- Research the dispatch system for any lost or stagnant customers.
- Respond to incoming emails, and answer incoming phone calls.
- Log all customer interactions in the CRM.
