Summary
We are seeking a Product Expert to join our dynamic Toyota team in Terrace, BC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer experience and driving sales through your expertise in our Toyota product offerings. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of delivering outstanding service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance customer knowledge.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with B2C sales processes is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
